According to the seller, the price of the boat reflects the work needed to bring her back to her former glory. With some elbow grease and a decent refit budget, she will be a fine investment for her next owner.
The seller reports that the engines and generator are in good running condition and were reliable for him over the few years he has owned the boat.
Her green hull appears to be very sound and in good condition. She has leaky windows in the aft cabin which have caused considerable damage to the interior over the years which can be seen in the pictures. The window leaks in the other areas of the boat have been repaired.
She is known to have one soft spot about 1' x 3' in the upper aft deck area. Some hatches need to be resealed and 100% of the exterior woodwork and much of the interior woodwork needs to be refinished.
